Introduction
Paper roll to roll slitting machine is used to cut the main paper roll into the required smaller size, and it supports adjusting various sizes to cut the paper roll to meet your requirements. The machine first releases the main drum, then passes some guide rollers and enters the cutting unit. After cutting, it will rewind to the new paper core, so that you can obtain a new drum of the required size. The machine is equipped with a unwinding device for fixing the main coil, which is used in conjunction with a multi knife slitting station with an adjustable slitting head, all of which help to cut large raw materials to the required size. It also has a roll back shaft, which is used to fix the hollow core to match the rolled slit material and finally form a new paper roll.

2. It adopts touch screen panel and special operating system, with clear data display and convenient operation.
3. The reeling paper roll is unloaded by the hydraulic arm, especially for large roll materials, which will be safer and save manpower.

JINAN CHENGDONG MACHINERY MANUFACTURE CO.,LTD. was founded in 1993 and since that time is involved into the manufacture of paper converting machines.
Also in our production range are included slitting rewinding machines for paper and board of big diameter and core tube spiral winding machines and core tubes re-cutter for mill rolls cores, tapes cores or textile tubes. The frames of all our machines are milled in our Factory where also assembling and final test is done before shipment. Our Engineers under customer request provide installation, commissioning and instruction of operator on delivery place.
